Maybe they're still undecided on a season 2 and are using this as a testing period to see how well the show will do without them pushing it (Mark did put up an Instagram post the other day telling people to watch/re-watch the series)If I had to guess I'd go with the rotational option, with maybe a little of the testing to see how well it does without them thrown in.

Maybe they've decided that they're not gonna renew Wayne so they've stopped promoting it. Instead they switched to pushing series like Origin and Impulse instead. Then they all took a hit when they started pushing Weird City as it was released.
