The decisions you make are more clearly defined by the game this time around. With more responsibilities and less time for adventure, old friendships have started to fade -- at least until Jesse's hand gets stuck in a creepy gauntlet that belongs to an ancient underwater temple. Choices are clearly indicated on-screen when the course of the story has branched off from your decisions. Now that Jesse and the gang have vanquished the Wither Storm, saved the world, and become totally super famous heroes, life has gotten a bit more... complicated. Like other Telltale Games, decisions that the player makes will have an impact on story elements in future episodes. The player is able to collect items, solve puzzles, and talk to non-player characters though conversation trees to learn about the story and determine what to do next.

Unfortunately, this has been skipped over to a large extent in Minecraft: Story Mode - Season Two and although there are still plenty of cool characters to interact with the game play often feels rather flat.
