Yes...in one scene, at a store in 'the new land' the immigrant's have come to...it is a little messy..but I preferred not having to read the subtitles. This is a beautiful generational saga. This is the success part of the story until the crash I fly sad ending. It's an old one, but totally watchable I think I must have watched it 3 or 4 times over the years. We watch their family grow and their lives change amid the hardships they had to endure.

Engrossing at every step of the way, the duo of This film is almost as good as The Immigrants. $39.96 I own it on VHS, which is in English--and I prefer this versio. I think I'll sit down and watch it again!
