rorschach movie

Figured I'd write one more review since there are only 2 so far. However, to me, it felt more like a documentary than it actually felt like an actual movie. All you need to know before watching Rorschach is it's about a mother who's hired a pair of paranormal investigators to either debunk or confirm her house being haunted. 0 atmosphere. That it's actually quite good. There is also a distinct resemblance to the far superior 1982 movie "The Entity" which, although not in the same documentary/reality style, is a far superior scary experience. I will say without hesitation that it's better made and more entertaining than many theatrical release horror movies I've seen.Looking for some great streaming picks? So if you like that sort of movie, you will find enjoyment in "Rorschach".

Nice watch and well put-across.

Saw this linked in a discussion on "Bloody Disgusting" so I thought I'd give it a watch and I have to say it's a pretty good movie in its own right, which is something of a surprise considering it's on YouTube! "Rorschach" is a horror movie that builds on atmosphere and a sense of the viewer actually being present with the people in the movie. Rorschach appears several times in the movie without his mask before he is apprehended, carrying a placard sign proclaiming, "The End is Nigh", but not until he is unmasked by the police is it made apparent that the sign bearer is Rorschach. 10 out of 12 found this helpful. I was afraid walking around my house after this as the film feels very realistic. She and her young daughter have been experiencing strange events since the grandmother passed away. Things that go knock, knock check. Which is nice to see a horror have a slow build up and an actual scary final part. :-) It was never boring or I felt like I needed to switch it off, I just wished something more was happening.

Nothing to complain about here! This definitely had potential, but ultimately it poops out and leaves you wishing you had written and directed it knowing you could've done better with an even lower budget. A beautiful young woman is subjected to a grueling night of terror - all accomplished in one take, as she investigates paranormal reports at an abandoned facility. Single mother, check. This film is an obvious attempt to follow in the documentary-style, 'reality' feel, success footsteps of (particularly the first) "Paranormal Activity" (2007) and, to a degree, "The Blair Witch Project" (1999)... the former of which I found the most scary, and the latter not especially. I happened to find "Rorschach" by random luck on YouTube of all places, when I was looking at some Rorschach scenes from "Watchmen".
