Ook de cast is leuk ingevuld, met de charistmatische John Candy en een piepjonge Macaulay Culkin. Erg jammer dat de man door een ongezonde levensstijl veel te vroeg heen is gegaan.Gewoon een film waarbij je komisch moet denken. De beste met John Candy. Je gebruikersnaam is voor iedereen zichtbaar, en kun je later niet meer aanpassen.ex van die oudste dochter nog herinneren, die een golfbal tegen z'n harses krijgt

Hilarisch wordt het nergens maar de film heeft zeker wel een paar grappige momenten. Het verhaal is natuurlijk niet hoogstaand (regelmatig flauw) maar de uitvoering was best aardig en dat kwam vooral natuurlijk door John Candy. Ook heb je nog een verhaallijn waarbij Candy en een zwaar puberende dochter op ramkoers liggen, maar raad eens wat er op het eind gebeurt? Vermakelijk, echter had het misschien wat korter gekund.
