Ambiguous Situation: The final scenes, along with Christopher Lloyd playing both characters, strongly imply he and the Pagemaster are one and the same, but it is not explicitly said or shown. David Casci (story), I thought it was a good movie that had all the genres, even cooler that it was live action/animation. I personally don't see what is so bad about it.
