I quickly ran into problems during setup.

I ended up returning the i5 and getting the i7 because I liked the Pro 7 so much that I wanted to ensure I got a good 3+ yrs out of it. Microsoft Store returns policy applies. However, there's a critical bug that Microsoft is refusing to fix for more than 4 months now: surface pen pressure sensitivity drastically decreased to about 10~20 levels when palm is resting on the screen. Testing consisted of full battery discharge with a mixture of active use and modern standby. At the time, I wanted fanless cooling due to my lack of confidence in another moving part's reliability.
