I can think of worse movies that have a higher rating, but I can also think of better movies too. The formidable technical skills in "The Country Bears" must not be allowed to distract from the film's terminal inanity. Movies They could not be further from the truth!

We won’t be able to verify your ticket today, but it’s great to know for the future.Regal Feature-length adaptations of two other Disney theme park attractions --- Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion --- are being planned even now; and of course, there was the Disney TV-movie from a few years back, based on the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Final thoughts An underrated goofy disney film. Why they are bears, I do not know. the whole it's-right-in-front-of-your-nose-but-you-are-too-stupid-to-see-it gag never gets old for me. 3DS We both agreed afterward, that it was quite enjoyable, with great music and a cute story line. Today children are a lot more mature than when I was a child (and you might say that it is sad that kids can't be kids). I can't wait for the Country Bear franchise to take off.
February 7, 2004 For a kid's movie, this was actually decent. She always had this fondness for the Country Bears, though I never truly understood it until now. I'd never heard of the Country Bears before - even the Disney attraction - and picked up the DVD for half price as a 'stocking filler' for my 8-year-old. True, the movie does a good job of integrating the bears into the action, with animatronics by Jim Henson's Creature Shop and no doubt various CGI effects, not to mention the strong possibility that in some shots we are basically watching actors in bear suits. Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2012 These are the original songs used from the movie and many are variations that cannot be found anywhere else except this CD.
