Gaffigan is considered a true triple threat, having achieved major milestones in stand-up, acting, and writing. Though I was not familiar with much of his work (I've only seen a few of his guest spots on shows), I was very happy with his stand up.

He is extremely funny and talks about stuff that is so dead-on right that you can relate to what he is saying.
Gaffigan has a lot of specials available to stream on Netflix, all of them big on laughs, but Beyond the Pale is still a never-failing go-to.
