I went from 260 down to 170, but I have been at 170 for about 2 months. My riding was 2-3 15-20 miles rides during the week and then a 50-60 mile on Saturday and then a 100+ mile ride on Sunday.I thought if I took time off I was going to lose it all and my buddies would destroy me.
